Setting up a resellers account with Headwaters Press
If you wish to utilize our on-line order services,
you must have an account established with Headwaters Press.
If you have previously placed orders with Headwaters Press,
please call or e-mail to obtain your log-in account
name. You may then utilize that account name to set up your on-line
account.
To set up a new account, please download and complete
the following form, then mail or fax it to us, at the address
or fax number included on the form.
